Claire's company hung the first artwork at the bar and for the years that followed ensured our walls were stylish and on trend. She also met her husband in Simple.

2. Dan Healey

Working closely with Dan has ensured all our furniture is functional, stylish and bespoke.

3. Wayne and Jane

North Tea Power
The arrival of North Tea Power brought life to our lovely little parade of shops. Their brand has increased sales to Simple and we couldn't wish for better neighbour's.

4. Paul Astall

Astall Associates & Cord Bar
Paul originally designed Pimlico which became Simple. The design meant little needed to be done to reopen when we took over. Paul's involvement in bars like Cord & Thomas House mean the Northern Quarter is a much more appealing place.

5. Peter Burling

Brazen PR
Peter attended the opening 10 years ago and has been a regular ever since. His client Hasbro provide our games for our Sunday night games night.

6. Neil Marra

Creative Spark
Neil has always been our brand guardian for Simple. Neil uses Simple as an extension of his office using it for staff parties, client events and meetings.

7. Lauren Mellor and Jenny Jones

Boss Modeling Agency
Lauren attended the opening and her picture with boyfriend James became our advert photo shot for two years. Her and friend Jenny have been a permanent fixture of Simple for the last decade.

8. Jenny, Rebecca and Daniel Simpson

Employees at Simple
Nieces and nephew of Director; Michael Huckerby. Simple's original logo was three circles, these represented the three children and the family focused business that is Simple. All three work at both Simples.

9. Fiona McGarva

Down at the Social
Fiona was one of our first waitresses' whilst she was at university, her ambitious character pushed us to introduce our famous happy hour deals. Now partner in her own PR company, Fiona uses Simple for many events.

10. Adam Tracey

Simple
As soon as Simple started change was on the agenda, the changes - one too many to mention - achieved a 30% growth. Many of the little things have Adams stamp on them. It?s hard to believe that before Adam we didn?t even own a cocktail shaker and last week we won a cocktail competition.
